Back before Christmas I wrote to you all pleading for some help for my dear friend Terri who “found herself in dire need of a computer](/friend-needs-computer-please-help and I was really amazed to see how many people came through for her, and so generously! By the time your donations stopped we raised $209.00! I’m sending this note out to each of you personally, but also wanted to give an update publicly for those who wanted to give but couldn’t. Thank you too, for your prayers.

As I’ve watched her bouncing from family to friend to use their computers for work, I’ve been so impressed with her resolve to get through this. Your gifts have made that possible for her, both financially and spiritually, knowing people care so much. So thank you from me, and thank you from Terri:

bq.. It is hard to describe in words the gratefulness that I have to all who contributed to my cause! I am so thankful to the hearts of those who gave, so I could have a computer at home to do my work! The way of giving really boosted my spirit! Especially during this difficult time in my life. It is amazing how people can pull together and accomplish such a thing! Many times I have been brought to a place filled with tears of joy as I marvel at the wonder of it all!

It reminds me of a movie I saw years ago Pay it Forward. I am so fortunate to have Natalie as my friend! She like the boy in that movie saw a way to make a difference in my life and acted on it. And her actions compelled people to rise up and become people of action!

So, now it continues because I am also compelled to Pay it Forward! If you haven’t seen the movie watch it! It is a wonderful representation of what has happened here! Everyone involved has not only contributed to the computer but, you all have helped to bring peace to my life! It was very chaotic trying to do my work between three different homes!
